Refund policy

Refund Policy of Shodei 

  •  The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used. 

  •  The refund period / process starts when SHODEI has processed your refund according to your refund type. 

  • The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product. 

Refund Types 

Shodei will process your refund according to the following refund types 

1. Returning the Goods - Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed.  

2.Order Cancellation- Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed. 

3. Delivery Failed- Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time (usually more than 3 working days) depending on the area of your shipping address. On the case of having issues on the products ,customer can communicatre about the issues to the provider (SHODEI) via photos or videos which will have clear proofof the damaged or problematic issues with the product.
